Day 12 Regensburg 25th August 2019

After cruising all night we arrived in Regensburg at around 9.00am by this stage we were expected to be ready for our freedom of choice excursions. 

Our choice was a walking tour around the town although  I did tell Ian I had booked him into the Bavarian Dance option 🤣🤣.  I actually sent Ian off on the tour on his own as I have caught the dreaded cough which is hanging around this ship so opted for a day on the boat with my feet up.

Regensburg is a well preserved medieval city and the highlight of the tour was the Gothic Regensburg Cathedral which is famous for its boys choir.

I had a lovely morning on the ship put the do not disturb on the door and had the room all to myself for at least 3 hours bliss....

Tonight we are booked in for another sumptuous dinner at the chefs table so looking forward to it.  

We are cruising to Passau tonight.
